As a Software Engineer II on the Employee Lifecycle (ELC) team at Netchex, I played a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the on and off boarding features of the Netchex application. Here's an overview of my achievements and responsibilities:

Software Development Engineer
• Designed and implemented a system to automate pending orders using
nodejs which resulted in a reduction of $20k in staffing costs each
month and greatly improved the customer’s experience.

IT Support Bot
The IT Support Bot is a slack app that acts as a central hub for all of our
support team to submit incident reports, fraud claims, driver app issues,
etc.
Its features include:
- Persists all data in an SQL Database
- Automates the process of reporting a driver.
- Export data to Google Sheets for easy review/action
- Run Scheduled automation tasks
Math Boi
This Discord bot is written using the Discord.js Javascript framework. Math
Boi is a Utility/Moderation Bot that assists with the day to day activities
of the server
Its features include:
- Uses MongoDb to persist all necessary data
- Provides General Utility to server Staff Members
- Reaction Roles
LCABrother
- Fully featured organization management software developed using Laravel
- Developed for the use of my Fraternity in tracking Service Hours, Grades, Attendance, Involvement, Guest Lists, and much more
AgooBot
This Discord bot was created to manage the ULL Computer Science/Informatics Discord server.
- Complete Student Sync between Discord Moodle (Students only have access to channels corresponding to the classes they've been in)
- Full SQL Database to keep track of all student information
- Has its own UI to manage the settings of the Bot
